BEIJING (AP) -- China is calling for a new global currency controlled by the International Monetary Fund, stepping up pressure ahead of a London summit of global leaders for changes to a financial system dominated by the U.S. dollar and Western governments.

The comments, in an essay by the Chinese central bank governor released late Monday, reflect Beijing 's growing assertiveness in economic affairs. China is expected to press for developing countries to have a bigger say in finance when leaders of the Group of 20 major economies meet April 2 in London to discuss the global crisis.

Gov. Zhou Xiaochuan's essay did not mention the dollar by name but said the crisis showed the dangers of relying on one nation's currency for international payments. In an unusual step, the essay was published in both Chinese and English, making clear it was meant for an international audience.

"The crisis called again for creative reform of the existing international monetary system towards an international reserve currency," Zhou wrote.

A reserve currency is the unit in which a government holds its reserves. But Zhou said the proposed new currency also should be used for trade, investment, pricing commodities and corporate bookkeeping.

Beijing has long been uneasy about relying on the dollar for the bulk of its trade and to store foreign reserves. Premier Wen Jiabao publicly appealed to Washington this month to avoid any steps in response to the crisis that might erode the value of the dollar and Beijing 's estimated $1 trillion holdings in Treasuries and other U.S. government debt.

The currency should be based on shares in the IMF held by its 185 member nations, known as special drawing rights, or SDRs, the essay said. The Washington-based IMF advises governments on economic policy and lends money to help with balance-of-payments problems.

Some economists have suggested creating a new reserve currency to reduce reliance on the dollar but acknowledge it would face major obstacles. It would require acceptance from nations that have long used the dollar and hold huge stockpiles of the U.S. currency.

"There has been for decades talk about creating an international reserve currency and it has never really progressed," said Michael Pettis, a finance professor at Peking University 's Guanghua School of Management.

Managing such a currency would require balancing the contradictory needs of countries with high and low growth or with trade surpluses or deficits, Pettis said. He said the 16 European nations that use the euro have faced "huge difficulties" in managing monetary policy even though their economies are similar.

The Group of 20 is taking "unprecedented steps" to attack the global economic downturn, stimulate growth and expand loans to troubled nations, Obama said at the close of the group's meeting in London .

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown heralded the emergence of a"new world order" Thursday following the release of what he called an "unprecedented" package of measures to tackle the crisis.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who had voiced concerns prior to the summit about the wisdom of pumping further public money into economies already in recession, welcomed Thursday's agreement -- though hinted at unresolved disagreements behind the scenes.
There had been concerns that a rift was opening up between the approach being championed by the U.S. and Britain -- more economic stimulus -- and that favored by France and Germany -- more banking regulations.
Sarkozy said the agreement represented "great progress" on reform of financial institutions and said "a page had been turned." Merkel described the deal as "a very, very good, almost historic compromise."
The six-point plan includes banking reform measures and more than $1 trillion to be spent on restoring credit, growth and jobs, as well as measures clamping down on tax havens and a commitment to build a green and sustainable economy. iReport: What's the economy like where you are?
Much of the G-20 communique issued at the end of the London summit restated promises and goals that international leaders had made earlier, relying on language such as "we remain committed" and "we reaffirm our historic commitment."
But Brown said: "Our message is clear and certain. We believe that in this new global age our prosperity is indivisible. We believe global problems require global solutions," Brown said.

Brown said the new rescue package, which includes a commitment to treble the resources available to the International Monetary Fund to $750 billion, amounted to "the largest macro economic stimulus the world has ever seen."
Along with existing national stimulus measures, Brown said efforts to bolster economies amounted to more than $5 trillion.
The six-point consensus consisted of measures to:

Restore confidence, growth, and jobs;
Repair the financial system to restore lending;
Strengthen financial regulation to rebuild trust;
Fund and reform our international financial institutions to overcome this crisis and prevent future ones
Promote global trade and investment and reject protectionism, to underpin prosperity;
Build an inclusive, green, and sustainable recovery.Obama said: "We owe it to all of our citizens to act and to act with urgency. We have agreed upon a series of unprecedented steps to restore growth and prevent a crisis like this from happening again."
"We have rejected the protectionism that could deepen this crisis. ... This cooperation between the world's leading economies signals our support for open markets," he said. "Second, we are committed to comprehensive reform of a failed regulatory system."
Obama added: "We can rebuild our global prosperity if we act with the sense of common purpose, persistence, and optimism that our moment demands."
Obama said the United States would also provide $448 million in additional aid to vulnerable nations which he described as "future drivers of world economic growth."

"Together with the measures we have each taken nationally, this constitutes a global plan for recovery on an unprecedented scale," the G-20 communique said.
As expected, the communique included tough new measures to reform global financial institutions, citing "major failures" in regulation of the sector as "fundamental causes of the crisis."
The G-20 members will also establish a new Financial Stability Board to provide "early warning of macroeconomic and financial risks," the summit's final communique said, but it was not clear if board would have regulatory powers.
Brown said the final deal included agreement on tighter regulation of hedge funds, tax havens and the banking system.
"We will implement new rules on pay and bonuses at a global level that reflect actual performance with no more rewards for failure," Brown said. "We want to encourage corporate responsibility in every part of the world."

Bald Eagle..drawn up

Peace. I was doing the knowledge on the national bird of the United States of America and I wanted to share some dots I saw connecting. First, the term "bald" in regard to animals means without a crest or crown. I cee this as a nod to the European Settlers of America seeking escape from the English monarchy, so they ultimately devised a government that would not rely on a kingship. In essence, the head of the country would not have a "crest" or "crown". Also the "crest" in Europe is used by provinces to denote familial royal lineage (which also links original blood into designation of royalty). There are many European crests today that still have the profile painting of a jet black man with kinky hair on them (especially in Germany). The royal bloodline in Europe is determined by them tracing lineage back to the Moors (Holy Roman Empire). The lack of said "crest" on the national bird may also suggest that royal(original) blood may not be necessary or represented in the governmental process. The Bald Eagle is considered by many to be the westernized version of the Phoenix/Fire bird. The Phoenix was used to represent the Roman Empire(not to be confused with the Holy Roman Empire). The mythology of the Phoenix is that it lives for 500 to 1000 years, then nearing it's death it builds a nest where it meets a fiery demise only to reveal a young phoenix or phoenix egg rising from the ashes of the previous one. The Romans projected this mythology upon their republic in the hopes of its return and many people liken the USA to that of the Roman Empire, considering the Bald Eagle to be the Phoenix returning.Honestly, with the current super flux of depravity, homosexuality and savagery in North America it may not be too far from the truth. Also, the actual physical description of the bird shed light on the unspoken view of the government itself. The bird's body (largest portion) is mostly dark brown/black and the head(smallest) portion is white. I cee that as the administrative faculties of the US being a white consensus, while the country is kept in flight by the labors of a darker or brown/black people. Another thing I peeped is regarding the bird's coloring -- white people are the smallest world population; however the largest population in North America-but there is only a small amount of white on the bird, while the original people are the largest world population, yet the smallest population in North America-yet the bird is almost totally dark brown-perhaps the bird's coloring symbolizes the white presence in the world at large. Things that make you go..hmmmmmmmmm?

She continues to exceed my expectations, while maintaining enough imagination to keep our relationship refreshing and new. Everyday our connection grows stronger. She provides a support base that fuels my ambitions, regardless of how outlandish they may be. She knows Carpentry, Reiki, Homeopathic medicine,Herbology, Cosmetology, Astrology, Rastafarianism, Metu Neter/Yoruba/Qaballah/Santeria,Orthodox Islam,some Arabic,some Spanish,Crochetting, Knitting, Drawing, Wire crafting, crystals, gemstones, Chakras, Supreme Mathematics, Supreme Alphabets ,some Lessons plus the "Code of streets". She is the quintessential woman. I thank her for being who she is essentially, as well as putting up with my sh*t and accepting who I am completely.She has agreed to walk with me on this road through the science of life, love, peace and happiness and I admit that I am a better man as a result. Peace. In the bible righteousness is often denoted by a singular (man), while the "evils" are characterized by the plural (men). The premise is that it is easier to maintain the law of God alone then among our peers, so to speak. One is easily distracted from the path by losing themselves in the company those walking the path with them. I found this interesting when looking back at my Koran. With my brothers the common denominator among us was the lessons, yet the ego was very prevalent as well. Such a variety of ages, backgrounds and personalities created the perfect environment for the typical male competitiveness and one-upmanship within our group, even though we were quite atypical individuals. The competitiveness was not an issue though. We were all into music and had strove to be the illest on whichever song was being recorded at the moment. I think this dynamic brought out the best in most of us and created tighter bonds between us. I think the comfort we provided for each other was what eventually created an issue. A lot of the fraternal activity with my brothers satisfied base appetites (lower vibratory) even though our common cause was cultural elevation (higher vibratory). We were young, misguided intellectual ruffians stimulated off of marijuana, Manichevitz and Mathematics. We soon learned there were other similar interests existing among us and slowly began losing focus on “the cause”. Eventually, we replaced the original common denominator with more social equality-centered activities. In some ways “we took (away) everything except their (our own) language” meaning the lessons were still in constant usage-however, we hadn’t internalized the degrees yet. So, for lack of a better term we spoke in “code” for a good stretch. What I’ve since realized is that since this is knowledge of self the sparks of continuous growth must occur “by myself”. It was the same innerworkings that helped us arrive at the “no mystery” conclusion in the first place, why wouldn’t that same source springboard us to the next place? So, today’s mathematics being Wisdom Culture I see as the algebraic X. I am deducing previously unknown values from past experiences using divisive or multiplicative methods to determine a new value for nowaday’s application of my way of life.

A Paused Rebellion

The revolution used to be televised. Our soldiers ranged from ministers and writers to athletes and actors. Over time the battle terrain has changed slightly forcing us to adjust accordingly to survive from generation to generation. One of our most powerful fronts used to be the music- where we have taken severe losses as you probably know, leaving the last line of defense standing as our comedians. The comedian has had free reign to discuss all of the controversial topics that required addressing. With regret I say, that the corporate machine has successfully infiltrated the comedy brigade as well. By offering multimillion dollar deals in order to gain control over the comedic material. The comedians either accept the corporate proposition and become "Sambo" or reject it and get blackballed (ala Dave Chappelle). Anybody else was either a "Sambo" already or were just too "safe" to be really funny (read:to tell the truth). We, the people, are the ultimate losers in the end. We are left with a "humble mumble in the jungle of shots and screams" and quite frankly it's disheartening. So today I just wanna send some love and respect to all of our revolutionary soldiers. It was the fire in their hearts that sparked the resistance of today. Although the tyrants before us only respect a dollar or a death threat(usually both), the first revolution occurs in the mind. Magnetic (Truth/Square)

The funny thing about magnetic is it is not a product of will. It is a result of composition/constitution(note: I did not specify forms of composition). The attraction may be due to similar elements of composition shared between two people (like water constantly moving toward itself) or it may be complimentary differences of elemental composition The magnetic of man differs from that of inanimate object, in the fact that man has control over himself. So he can decide how he chooses to respond to attraction. Inanimate objects are subject to the magnetic of any more powerful object. With all of that said you cannot choose who is susceptible to your magnetic field. Nor can you choose whose field you want to be susceptible. Composition dictates the energetic reaction between you and discretion will be the means of whether to move toward or away from the source of magnetism. Truth Is Supreme Light Allah Manifest (through irresistible) Magnetic. This is my name. This is who I am. Not because it sounds cool or interesting, either. I've always been magnetic, even when my name was Born Supreme, even before that. In retrospect, I cee that I've hurt plenty of people from not understanding my magnetic or the responsibility of influence regarding it. There are a few things that I've learned that I would like to share. Enjoy!!

-There is no such thing as low-key or low profile magnetic. People WILL notice you
and it's usually the people whom you would like to avoid that will notice you first and foremost. (Namely people of the opposite sex whom you would never entertain any interaction with)
-Magnetic is not good in Corporate America. Corporate America = 85-90 % women=nosiness, gossip and attention whoring. If you are a man with the magnetic they're gonna want attention from you. If you are a woman, they are going to want to take the attention away from you.
**On a business note -the whole premise of Corporate America is assimilation/ant colony idealism..Magnetic makes you an individual-this is frowned upon (see The Matrix..Mr Anderson..). However, if you have your own business Magnetic works wonders..I guess since it derives from self it can only truly aid self (it's non transferable.non-negotiable)**
-Magnetic makes you a minority. Watch TV, read magazines and you'll notice that there are certain characteristics that everyone agrees are attractive, yet there are only a few people who possess these attributes. Welcome!
-Magnetic makes you funnier than most people (oddly enough, it's usually when you're NOT joking at all)
-The people drawn to your magnetic usually will harbor disdain for the people whom you are drawn to..
- Be mindful that you will attract alot of different types of people, however some ciphers DO NOT intermingle. Just because you have a relationship with two people doesn't mean they can or should have a relationship with each other.

Of course there are plenty more and a whole heap that I probably haven't experienced yet, I'm sure. Bottom line-Magnetic=The Truth=The Square and you can be cradled in the safety of its angles or be impaled by one of the four points outside of it. Sometimes wisdom (the way) permeates beyond a word or an action in a cipher. It is often how you simply "be" sparks the nuclear reaction. Peace.

Vibratory Frequencies and "Ambrosia"

When one takes the responsibility to focus effort and energy into the betterment of themselves and ultimately, the world around them it creates a change in their all around living state. This change is an elevating in their vibratory frequency, meaning the energetic wavelength that they existed on has been raised and they are closer to becoming “in tune”(See Emblem’s 3rd Ear Theory) with the rhythm of the universe –something we call living mathematics. Ingestion of the wrong mental and physical food causes mental distractions and clouds one’s judgment and performance in life. These things increase the weight of the self on every level and cause one to vibrate on a lower frequency. Vibrating on lower frequencies makes one even more susceptible to lower vibratory stimuli. Regulation of lower vibratory stimuli is mandatory, as too much subjection hinders elevation and also conditions the self so that the right foods are even harder to absorb.
Liken it to the bout of a heroin addict when trying to beat addiction. The chemical has polluted the person to a point where each cell has been programmed to need the drug. If one was to stop using “cold turkey” they could die- the body would turn against itself. They have to be weened off of the chemical dependency, usually via use of another chemical. The process of emerging from a lower vibratory state is gradual. It is a very natural occurrence, though. Once a high vibratory stimulus is experienced/absorbed one will usually be compelled to maintain or heighten the newly attained vibratory level. One thing I’ve learned is, higher vibrations require more stimuli and more often then lower vibrations. I attribute it to the motion of elevation having to be fueled. You don’t crave new stimuli during lower vibrations because frankly, you’re not going anywhere. Which brings me to the second part of this entry-Ambrosia. In ancient Greek mythology, ambrosia is sometimes the food, sometimes the drink, of the gods, often depicted as conferring ageless immortality upon whoever consumes it. I cee this as the countless substances used by people of a high vibratory level to maintain and or elevate their frequencies consistently. Be it a book, a DVD, a nice building session with some wise minded individuals-whatever it is. Personally, my blog listing over there is one example of some things I utilize day to day for stimuli, as it contains a source of various approaches to a general basic premise that is congruent to my way of living. I definitely appreciate the bloggers for giving a bit of themselves to the world, so that I could learn yet another angle of myself. I use music, movies, and books as “ambrosia” also-yet I am very critical as to what I ingest. Knowing the sensitivity of the subconscious mind I refuse to loan my mind to the impressions of anything blatantly destructive ( if I can avoid it). I’ve been this way for about a decade now and my tolerance for anything below a certain vibratory level is very low. It almost gives me a headache when I come across it-low vibratory people included. Low vibratory people occupy a vacuum of energy that will drain the sh*t out of you if you let them. They usually LOVE talking with you, yet you always end up doing most of the talking. It’s not their intention to drain you, it’s just physics. The flip is it IS your duty to teach them if they have a question, however do not destroy yourself in the attempts to build. That’s how I cee knowledge-build/destroy. Peace.
