Whatever happened to the Mothership?

Peace. As y'all can tell I'm on my reminisce jawn as of lately. As stated in a previous blog, when I first got knowledge of self there was a new spreading of Sunni Islam, but amidst that there were a good number of Dr. York's followers (Ansaaru/Nuwabian) emerging. I had never heard of Dr.York/Imam Isa before like born wisdom. We shared mutual associates and would frequent alot of the same local events and functions. I never really knew what they called themselves then, so I called them Scrolly-ites because they always carried or referred to the writings of Dr.York/Imam Isa as "scrolls", and these scrolls were their primary source of information. From what I learned, if Dr.York said it they pretty much believed it. Most of the ones I knew were generally cool people, though. They were stereotypically "hip-hoppy" though, what I mean is they either a) had their hair twisted or dreaded, b) wore parachute/camouflage pants and/or c) smoked beedis like it was their religion(or all of the above). These things always set off an alarm with me because like I said before -anybody who is too external with their ideas tends to not be very internal with them. Me and my team used to go on "route" with a couple of them guys too. Route usually meant going out real late to write graffiti, yet sometimes turned into different missions altogether. One of my major peeves about those cats was their preoccupation with space and aliens. To this day, I see that as another mystery God/wrong food fed to the mentally dead (while Dr.York robbed them and lived in luxury). To expect salvation form a source outside of self is just something that does not compute with me, especially when these cats were telling me that in the year 2000 the "Mothership" was going to come and scoop them up. Word? Is that what's gonna happen? I remember somebody had left a Scrolly-ite Calendar at my man Inf's rest. This calender had a different race of aliens per month (movie aliens included) and were suggesting that whatever month you were born in linked you characteristically or otherwise to one of these alien races.Dog pound, I kid you not when I say we burnt that f**kin calender in Inf's grill out back to avoid anybody stumbling upon such malarkey. We saw it as our duty as civilized people as a preventative measure LOL!!

Looking back at all of it I have to ask "what happened to the mothership?"..It's 2009 and every Scrolly-ite I know is still around in some capacity or another..The only one that seemed to get his mind right was my man Drama (DJ Drama, of Gangsta Grillz/Grand Hustle fame). He stopped looking for spinning wheels in the sky and focused on the spinning wheels down here on Earth(TURNTABLES) and made a career for himself. Me and Cee Allah Self were jokingly asking if there was any consolation prize for the non-arrival of the mothership or did Dr.York getting roofed f**k up the travelling plans..That would be wack, cause I was always told "One monkey don't stop no show" and if York gotta be present for them to be saved then not only did they get duped into joining the circus, they are certified clowns!

Truthfully though, I knew something wasn't right and exact about that Scrolly-ite thing when I did the knowledge to their foundation/information(scrolls). I read a York scroll that was titled "Who is Noble Drew Ali" that was barely about Noble Drew Ali at all. Another thing that's wild is, in the scrolls there are drawings of all these historical figures (Adam, Moses, etc), who all just happened to resemble Dr.York, even the women!! Then I peeped how he tries to inject himself into history, claiming some nondescript person off in the distance of the photo is him. One of his books even said that he came to Earth on a beam of light called a "sham". I'll say.. A "sham", indeed.

On a whole, some people might need what he's teaching..Everybody is not built to be God/Earth..Being a Scrolly-ite did not have any requirements. They didn't have to knowledge a "120" or have obligatory prayers 5 times daily..It was an amalgamation of a bunch of things, mixed with Dr.York's special brand of bulls**t..Like don't get me wrong, he drops some general jewels in there, yet it's nothing exclusive, ya know? he didn't reinvent the "knowledge of self" wheel or nothing, so how people even accept some of that sh*t is beyond me. I figured as an 85er, being exposed to any level of truth after being blind for so long they probably give York the benefit of the doubt by thinking "He told the truth about this, why would he lie about that?". Cee, that's the funny thing about "the benefit of the doubt"..there is NO benefit when there is doubt..Doubt is unsurety, unsurety means the method or data is not tried and true. To act off of unsurety is dealing with belief and belief goes right back to that mystery(idea of a causative agent outside of self). The "mothership" links back to the pin planted in our forefathers and mothers who were waiting for the return of Jesus the Messiah to take them to heaven, not knowing that the slaveship that brought many of them here was named "Jesus". The post-traumatic slave syndrome is "buried there" so deeply that the dreams of those slave ancestors who were awaiting the return of the vessel that brought them to this Northern Wilderness are echoing again in these days and times under the guise of any mystery possible (Obama included). What is that mothership? Ans:There is no mothership. The Scrolly-ites have searched and waited for that mothership for like several years and was unable to find this so called mothership. So, we have agreed that the only mothership is the Original woman's travel from woman to Earth. So lose no time searching for that that does not exist. And that's not to take away from the idea of other living beings in the universe; however , it IS to add on to the idea of finishing the work that lies at hand before focusing on anything else.Remember the knowledge culture in the knowledge to knowledge culture says "At home", THEN "abroad". Nanu nanu muf**ka LOL..Sike naw, Peace!

Inside the mind of a six year old Tislam Magnetic

This is some of the stuff I remember from being a young boah in Now Why, ride with me real quick...

I remember....

Spearmint Now & Laters (I know it prolly sounds nasty to some, but they were actually good)

Free lunch in the summer (usually from a nearby public school)

Fresh Air Fund (My sister went here for summer camp..Never heard of it when I came to Philly)

Roos (sneakers with the little pockets that you could NOT retrieve money from, but you continued to put money in them)

Food stamps

Halloween with either no costume or just a mask

Eating raw franks (hot dogs)

Tucking towels in my t-shirt as a make-shift cape to play super-hero

Barney Miller ( I don't really remember the show, just how it came on, which translated into bed time for me and my sister..I pretty much hated Barney Miller)

Everybody had a velvet picture of a black woman with an afro or the black man helping the other black man climb up the wall (these pictures subsequently got replaced by a bunch of horses in a field or some sh*t)

Everybody had extra large wooden dinnerware hanging on their walls (usually adorning the outsides of the above mentioned velvet picture)

V bombers (leather bomber jacket with stitching in the shape of a letter V)

That nasty a** pink medicine that had to be kept in the refrigerator

That nasty a** yellow cough syrup that was in the brown bottle in the medicine cabinet

Trying to break the locks on the candy factory

Never suceeding in breaking said locks at the candy factory

Soap Operas were called "The Stories"

Blaming "the Stories" when I got caught freaking the girl who lived downstairs

Singing in a whiffle ball bat pretending I was performing on a stage

Pretening my little boombox was a teleporter and the volume and tuning knobs designated the time and place coordinates of my destination (My peoples must've been on that good good when they made me right?)

Beef Sizzlean and pancakes with that dark Karo syrup

My Dad taking me to the weed spot with him

Weed used to come in gold envelopes (a LOT of it)

Using the oven to heat the crib

My sister had her own room but couldn't sleep in it because it was so cold and moist mold was growing on the walls

My Dad cutting my hair and always giving me an arrow part

Pill grinders, white powder and a triple beam on the kitchen table

Slave's album cover with the stone-boulder looking man on it

Watching the debut of Michael Jackson Thriller at my next door neighbor's house

Little League Baseball caps

A bird sh*tted on my fresh red Little League Baseball cap

Getting wet in the Johnny Pump (fire hydrant)during the summer

Being dressed like a vacuum cleaner salesmen for the first day of school

Dimes in my penny loafers

My Incredible Hulk watch (my mojo was in that watch, which got broke every bit of the first day I wore it to PS whatchamacallit)

There you have it folks..some tidbits from the life and times. This is took me back fam , I can't even front. As poor as we were and as bad as things may have been, these were probably some of the happiest times of my life.I appreciate y'all accompanying me down memory lane. Peace.

Peace. On my way home yesterday my Queen texted a message saying that a 16 year old boy had gotten struck and killed by the Southbound subway train(at Susquehanna and Dauphin, if you're familiar). The story is, he had dropped his phone in the tracks and jumped down to get it. A phone, fam. A phone that was so important to him, he's NEVER gonna use it again..Ain't that some s**t? The story reminded me of an incident I witnessed while boarding the same subway line at Erie station. A man was running to catch the soon-to-depart train that I was riding. By the time he was close enough to the train the doors had begun to close, but before they shut completely he had placed his leg between them to prop them open for his entry. Normally, the door's sensor would detect being ajar and open back up,giving him the opportunity to board;however, this was not the case. The doors remained shut on his now trapped leg. Once realizing his predicament, he pulled backward to which set the doors snugly on his ankle. Seeing he trapped people rung the train's emergency bell several times, but no one responded and the train began moving. The man had turned his back toward the doors/windows, then fell forward from the force of the train pulling him. His body swung in a pendulum like motion as his head struck each pillar atop the subway platform. I clearly remember his 76ers Varsity type jacket and hoping the first blow killed him or knocked him unconscious so he didn't have to knowingly experience the horror that was occurring. The train did not stop until we got to the next stop (Allegheny, at which time we were directed to exit the train and catch the street level Broad Street Line. From that day I really had an epiphany in regard to the value of life, in conjunction with the human ego. I deduced that if only the guy would've thought for one second that there would be another train coming shortly, he would still be alive. He was in a rush and figured where he had to be was so important that he didn't want to get there..ever again..I know he didn't figure that exactly, yet when we rush and not think about the full scope of variables this is silently what we suggest. In all the history of Islam never revealed anyone coming back from a physical death. There ain't no "up-up,down-down,left-right,left-right, b-a,b-a, select-start" to this life s**t (throwback!!)You got one man and you gotta make it count. Don't waste it playing "Frogger" on Broad Street. Life is not formal, we don't get a memo in the morning saying "Peace. Today, someone will hit your car and you will be 2 hrs late to work, which will cause and argument with your Supervisor resulting in yor termination." Sheeeeiiit..With that said, we must always take time to reflect on situations to take the best part for self..The mind travels at a rate that is so fast that only another mind can detect it. Nowadays, the only thing we probably have left for is thinking..Do some, it could mean the difference between life and death..Peace.

America I Am

Peace. Tavis Smiley and sponsors have put together an exhibit at the Constitution Center here in Power Hill. My Ol Dad thought it wise that the men of our family make a day of viewing the exhibit together. So, yesterday, me, my physical, my eldest sun and my Father literally walked through the halls of history. The exhibit was filled with actual artifacts that were directly related to the imprint of Original people on American culture. My only true gripe was that it only went as far back as slavery-I'm not complaining though. It was very monumental to experience the fervor and splendor of our people that these objects project considering the tumultuous times they were amidst. It reminded me of the Universal Flag-the Sun shining through regardless to whom or what!!. My Sun was immediately dissatisfied upon entry into the building, yet even he cheered up at the sight of the belongings of some of his heroes, including MLK, Malcolm and Muhammad Ali. The decors and craftsmanship of the entire show was superb. Even the lighting played an ill part of telling some of our stories. I recommend it for all those who have access. It will be here in Philly until the understanding day of Master Allah Why.Peace.

My committee and I were talking about a recent cop’s death by the gun of a young man in an attempt to serve a warrant. Here in Philly, we have been experiencing an extreme increase of police officers being murdered. Now, I have my own personal views in regard to the common folk/occupying army (police) dynamic. I’m writing today to draw a parallel of equality in regard to the current mayor of my fine city, a Mr. Potato-Head looking, nasal-voiced twit by the name of Michael Nutter. I am normally not into politics, community level or otherwise, yet I paid attention to when Nutter was running for office and he devised strategy to address our growing crime rate. One of the first provisions he enacted open being elected mayor was to institute “Safe Stops”, which afforded police officers the authority to stop and search anybody who looked “suspicious”. Sounds like “profiling”, right? Needless to say, since then we’ve had at least to cops killed or shot every two months or so. It’s sad because you got young boahs thinking they’re getting a respectable job in law enforcement being sent as cannon-fodder to young boahs who have less than nothing to lose AND are eager to be known as cold killers. Also, to combat the abundance of illegal guns on the streets we proposed a bill for stricter gun laws-such as, a person is only allowed to buy one gun a month. Now, I don’t have a problem with this outright, who needs to buy tons of guns at one time unless you’re an arms dealer? My problem is with the perspective behind the bill, simply because the average murder is not committed with a legal firearm. So, in essence the bill is restricting the common man from protecting himself, while the criminal retains access to the already available illegal gun. In addition to that, the latest talk is how the city’s budget is way over extended. Mr..Potato-Head devises the idea to terminate certain city programs to maintain and circumvent funds to more important faculties. For example, he began shutting down library branches through out the city in order to continue the Mummers parade (a Philadelphian traditional parade festival of highly decorated costumed performers). Considering what the Mummers mean to the city itself it is safe to say that people and businesses would donate their own funds to keep the Mummers parading, he didn’t have to cut the libraries, the LIBRARIES, dog? I guess he figures, it ain’t gonna affect his daughter, f**k it! Let me also add that during the celebration of his election he was shown on the news on a stage performing “Rapper’s Delight” by the Sugar Hill Gang. I couldn’t help be feel like he was coonin’, especially when I consider that “Rapper’s Delight” was considered the first major Hip Hop sell out move to the imperialist corporation. Life is not without a sense of humor. Then a couple months later into his term he shuts City Hall down completely so that he and his staff can watch “The Wire”. On the surface, people thinking “How cool is he? He gave everybody a break to watch “The Wire” season premiere.” Not too cool, the streets outside City Hall were bubbling with violence and mayhem. Guess he’s truly a n**a at heart, huh? Seeking an escape from the reality in front of him, which is scarily the same fantasy he’s enjoyably immersed in. I’m not blaming Nutter for the state of the city, just voicing my opinion on his methods. Through his decisions you can see that it’s just a job to him. He doesn’t have to walk through the blood filled gutters that some of his ill advised actions are perpetuating. It’s crazy because the only candidate I really felt was Chaka Fattah. Even though there was a visible angst spewed at him during every debate, he at least showed a genuine concern for our city. He also has a lot of grassroots experience from his councilman days. Yet, I guess there was a plan already set in motion considering how he was never allowed to answer a question without an interruption, plus the way the media portrayed his image to the public as villainous or having opinions about Nutter. Fattah called a spade an “uncle” and I can’t fault him for it. Now we have to deal with the aftermath…

Racism pondered

Today’s mathematics being wisdom- equality I want to build on one of the most infamous ways of the devil-something called “Racism”. Racism is a system of subjugation in every area of living (education, employment, politics, war, economics, religion, etc). It is a power system that affords one people the ability to halt the accomplishments and livelihood of another people based on race alone. So, by definition, Original people (at least in North America) cannot be racist. They can be prejudice (an unfavorable opinion or feeling formed beforehand or without knowledge, thought, or reason) and many of us are. Yet, we do not have the position of power to stop anybody of another race from going to a certain school, working at a specific place or living in a certain neighborhood. This is reserved solely for Colored people in the wilderness of North America, which brings me to the term “reverse racism”. This is a term used to describe Original people who have voiced their preference of separation from or intolerance of Colored people. It is most amusing as “reverse” suggests it is going in a backwards direction, insinuating that proper racism (?) is directed FROM white people TO non-white people. With all of that said, I am under the impression that a Colored/White person cannot suggest or define a statement or action as racist or non-racist. The reason for my conclusion is due to the concept regarding every other form of harassment-it is not what a person meant by the action that makes it offensive, but simply how it was received. So, ironically enough, that is one aspect of power that is not afforded to a racist –the determination of what is or is not racist.

Phonetically we see “race” as the root word in “Racism”, which reminds me of the pursuit of a savage. The projection of the “race” concept is a savage pursuit of the devil to have us chasing a societal goal (gold) that will never be achieved (received-Did they receive the gold?). Especially, when based upon your ethnicity the devil has crafted “rules and regulations” to keep us apart from his social equality (life, liberty and the American way). Have you ever realized that when you fill out a job application, all the information is allegedly used to determine your qualification; however, this qualification process is essentially a form of discrimination. Now, of course all discrimination/qualification is not negatively charged-yet, the intention behind the examining eye is ultimately the deciding factor. So, we come together under our own ideals of Freedom, Justice and Equality. We establish our own values in the face of what “society” deems acceptable/successful. We invest in ourselves and demand our worth, which is evident in our infinite abyss of creativity and ingenuity. Our Koran shows that we’ve accomplished so much, so far that in all actuality we are too far ahead to “race”. Knowing all of this, I still get a kick out of the different manifestations of racism shown today, be it the New York Post cartoon, Sean Bell’s murder, or the phrase “you people”. I’m far from desensitized to it, yet the ignorance is still funny in a boo-hoo kinda way.

He wants us the think that we are all different.

Peace family. I was doing the knowledge on how much racism and caste systems have really screwed the entire universal family up and as sad as it is-it is hilarious. My Queen and youngest Sun (Ch'iam) get put through it sometimes with the asking of "What are you?" or "What's your nationality?". I've had Middle Eastern people look at me like I was a kidnapper because of Ch'iam's complexion-like "What are you doing with one of our babies?"LOL. Let me say first, that I love to learn about different cultures. They are pieces of my own original timeline here on the planet Earth. I do not, however, concede that the place where a person is born makes them who they are.Let me expound, if a white man is born in Italy he is considered Italian, right?Wrong. Every nation has aboriginal natives and amalgamations of other inhabitants as well. Essentially, there is only Original people and Colored people. Geographic origins have only a slight bearing in this matter. Take actor Martin Sheen, born Ramón Gerardo Antonio Estévez, mom from Ireland, dad from Spain , but he's still just a colored man. On the other hand, boxer Felix "Tito" Trinidad Jr. born in Puerto Rico, is just an original man. The fixation on nationality is a shield of the devil. As he enslaved so many other nations and used tricks to make them think that their original culture was pagan or heathen ,so they have been distancing themselves from that culture and began defining themselves geographically and complexionally (file that with interorientation, lmao). The devil on the other hand has done the opposite. He'll say he's quarter Irish, quarter Russian, quarter Italian and quarter Polish to feign some sort of interesting background story.Which contradicts the "where you're born" principle , but that principle wasn't created for them, but for us-to make us believe that the people of that continent are the only people we have. This divisive technique is thousands of years old. The result is global Willie Lynchism. He teaches his own the value of lineage and history while keeping us illiterate to it. So, I conclude my basic synopsis is we are either Original or Colored..The geographic origin is icing on the cake as to our particular story (Koran) and customary tradition(if any is still intact).Peace.
